Formerly in Group Health Sales for Marsh & McLennan Agency, Cristy has over 15+ years of experience as a health care benefits broker as well as 15 years of large corporate experience including Director of Sales at The Dallas Morning News. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and Statistics from Stephen F. Austin State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, biking, gardening, and boating at Lake Texoma.

Neal is a Partner and oversees all of the daily operations of the company. Neal has 34 years of sales and customer service experience, previously holding senior director positions in the luxury car dealership and high-end home builder segments. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University. He enjoys jamming out on his electric guitars, hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors with his family.

Ginny is our Colonial Specialist and Enrollment Team Lead that assists our clients with submitting claims reimbursements and helping them get their money fast! She is also our Enrollment Team Lead that manages our enrollment team for each of our clients needs such as bilingual enrollers. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources from Texas A&M. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and playing sports with her husband and two sons.
