Our customized solution will take your company "to market" and collect all the rates for your current lines of coverage, along with additional suggested benefits favorable to your company and to your employees.
These coverages will include both company-paid and voluntary benefit options. We will also make suggestions based on what your competition is providing in order to benchmark your benefit plan for recruiting and retention purposes.
Implementation
We discuss the options that meet your needs and together, we create a benefits portfolio for your company and for your employees. Once the new plan is in place, the implementation process will be seamless and professional as we provide new education for your employees.
The education process can be achieved in multiple ways including in-person group enrollment meetings, webinars, and also one-on-one employee meetings to discuss their specific needs. We are always respectful of your time and your schedules.
